Join us for a 4-day (3-night) Silent Yoga and Meditation Retreat at the tranquil and chic Whispertree Retreat located in the hills above Anderson Valley Just 2.5  hours north of San Francisco.

Entering the New Year in silence can be a profound way to renew ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Our daily practices will focus on deepening presence with ourselves and the beauty of nature around us, and reflecting on the meaning that the close of the year uniquely holds for each of us.

Tranquil & Chic Sacred Land

Bell Valley Retreat is truly a special place, as the retreat land spans more than 600 acres, with extensive trails weaving through rolling oak hills and open meadows. Each element of Bell Valley Retreat promotes harmony and integration with the land - designed to honor the natural landscape originally settled by Native Pomo tribes.

Silence offers incredible potential to get to know ourselves better and to deepen our journey as spiritual beings in this human body.  


The benefits of this Silent Practice have been recommended to us for thousands of years from the ancient wisdom traditions.


Whether this is your first time going into Silence or you have prior experience, you are welcome and you will be cared for. The retreat offers 2+ days in Silence - an opportunity not to be missed.

apartment style layout - includes spacious common area with fireplace, shared bath & kitchen


Bunk house

cottage style - includes spacious common area with fireplace, shared bath & kitchen, 6 women max

luxury heated cabin with queen bed, shared heated bath house


Bell Tents (Glamping)

luxury heated platform tent with two twin beds (or one king), shared heated bath house

Sheana is a Somatic Wellness Coach, Yoga Mentor, and Yoga & Meditation Teacher

 A soul seeker on a quest to explore the mind-body-spirit connection, Sheana has completed over a 1000 hours of trainings with diverse yoga & spiritual teachers all over the world. Embracing an extraordinary life of sobriety since 2013, Sheana channels this alchemy of wisdom through offerings in Mindful Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and 1:1 Transformational Coaching.

Monique is a Holistic Psychotherapist and Yoga & Meditation Teacher offering an integrative approach to healing blending Eastern Spirituality & Western Psychology. Her offerings include: Somatic (body-centered) Psychotherapy, EMDR, Therapeutic Yoga (Yin & Mindful Flow), Meditation and Breathwork.
