
Hi, I’m Sheana.
I’m a Yoga teacher, meditation guide, and somatic wellness coach with over two decades of experience exploring the intersection of yoga, mindfulness, and personal transformation.
My teaching blends Yin Yoga, fascia science, Chinese meridian theory, and contemplative practices to support both physical well-being and inner awareness.

Alongside my work in yoga, I’ve spent many years in senior leadership roles in the technology industry, which has given me firsthand insight into the stress and intensity of the corporate world.
My discovery of Yin Yoga came during a personal search for balance and recovery from burnout, and it has since become a foundational practice in my life.

I also bring over a decade of experience in 12-step recovery, a journey that catalyzed deep personal and spiritual transformation.
These experiences shape the way I teach — creating spaces where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover the quiet wisdom that emerges through stillness.
Today I teach Yin Yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and mentoring programs, helping students cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper relationship with their inner sanctuary.
