My classes are deliciously grounding and calming to help you unwind. We breathe deeply together and gently open the pathways of the subtle body through Yin Yoga to emerge more balanced and connected to our true nature. 

Yin Yoga, deeply intertwined with the principles of Chinese Medicine, offers a unique approach to holistic well-being. Through its gentle, prolonged holds and emphasis on surrendering into poses, Yin Yoga stimulates the body's meridian system, facilitating the smooth flow of Qi or vital energy. 


This stimulation not only enhances physical flexibility and joint health but also promotes emotional balance and mental clarity. By targeting the body's deeper connective tissues, Yin Yoga fosters a sense of inner calmness and tranquility, inviting practitioners to explore the depths of their spiritual being and release stored tension and stress.

Yin Yoga is often felt like a needle-less acupuncture session, and can leave you feeling euphoric.


My approach weaves in psycho spiritual inquiry to support self-discovery and inner transformation. Practitioners often see their layers of conditioned patterns and beliefs that cause their suffering leading to greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence and opens the door to spiritual insights.


I also weave in the practices of Jin Shin Jyutsu® to balance the energetic body, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine for organ health and vitality.
