This offering is being woven with loving intention, guided by my over 20+ years of devotion to and wisdom from the paths of Yoga, Buddhism, Taoism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I'm so excited to lead you on this transformational journey.
About the Program
Together, we will explore not only how to skillfully share the practice of Yin Yoga to students, but also how to awaken and attune to the subtle realms of the energy body.
This training is envisioned as a sacred journey - one that nurtures both the art of teaching and the profound unfolding of your own somatic, energetic, and spiritual being.
The training will be a Yoga Alliance Approved 50-hour training for:

Yoga teachers with a 200-hour certificate wishing to expand their offerings
