Reflect & Replenish 

Join us at the tranquil and chic Whispertree Retreat located in the hills above Anderson Valley Just 2.5  hours north of San Francisco. Entering the New Year in silence can be a profound way to renew ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.

 

Our daily practices will focus on deepening presence with ourselves and the beauty of nature around us, and reflecting on the meaning that the close of the year uniquely holds for each of us. 

Tranquil Land

​Bell Valley Retreat is truly a special place, as the retreat land spans more than 600 acres, with extensive trails weaving through rolling oak hills and open meadows. Each element of Bell Valley Retreat promotes harmony and integration with the land - designed to honor the natural landscape originally settled by Native Pomo tribes.

Daily Schedule

Morning meditation

2+ days of guided Silence is an invitation to step into a sacred space of introspection, where you can truly connect with your inner self and gain a profound understanding of your thoughts and emotions. 

 

Silence opens a portal to inner peace and tranquility, allowing the stillness to reveal its quiet wisdom.

In Silence, we rediscover the art of deep listening, attuning ourselves to the whispers of our soul and the insights that often elude us amidst the busyness of daily life.

 

This practice becomes a sacred container for self-reflection, where clarity and guidance naturally emerge.

Practicing Silence has a remarkable ability to lower stress and invite a sense of relaxation. As we shift from fight-or-flight to a state of rest and renewal, we create space for genuine calm.

​

This journey becomes a meaningful way to embrace the new year with intention and serenity.

​

Whether this is your first experience of Silence or you’ve been here before, you are warmly welcomed. You will be cared for, and your journey will be honored.

Sheana O'Sullivan

A Somatic Wellness Coach and Yoga Mentor, Sheana brings a wealth of experience, dedicating 20 years to studying with renowned yoga and spiritual mentors in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Buddhism, and 12-Step Recovery. 

 

Sheana is a humble and grateful student and teaches weekly Yin Yoga classes, workshops, retreats and leads the Yin Yoga Mentoring Program at YogaFlow in San Francisco.

Monique Haan

Monique is a Holistic Psychotherapist and Yoga & Meditation Teacher offering an integrative approach to healing blending Eastern Spirituality & Western Psychology. Her offerings include: Somatic (body-centered) Psychotherapy, EMDR, Therapeutic Yoga (Yin & Mindful Flow), Meditation and Breathwork.
